Fellow Twuddler Ruth Malone (@achieve_more) is having a pre-Twuddle launch party this coming Tuesday to help celebrate the opening of her new personal training studio in Tunbridge Wells. All Twuddlers and their friends are invited to come along!

“Howard and I are having a party to celebrate the opening of the new Achieve More Personal Training Studio. Everyone is welcome! We will start at 5pm and continue until about 7pm after which we’ll all go on to Twuddle at The Royal Wells. At the new studio we’ll be serving sparkling wine or a soft drink, so please come along and help us toast the success of our new venture!”

If you’ve been at Twuttle over the past few weeks, you’ll have noticed I’ve not always been able to get there on time to make sure things are set up. Next week I won’t be there at all and over the next few weeks the school holidays will be in full swing, so I often won’t be there on time or for the full two hours.

I would like to set up a rota to make sure that the different things that have to happen to enable Twuttle to function each Wednesday actually get done if I’m not able to get there.

There are four different tasks

Coffee and tea – making sure that the area has been set up by the staff and there is coffee and tea throughout the morning

Meet and greet – making sure that newcomers feel welcome and comfortable if they know no one

Tidying up – making sure that the space is kept tidy and clean when we leave

Looking after the coffee money – rattling the tin, counting any money and paying the Royal Wells

If you realise you can’t make it, please find someone else to take your place – please don’t assume that it will simply get done.
